A Seasoned & Dynamic Professional with 34 years of Experience in Administration, Project Management, Skill Development, Govt. Sales, Account Management and Product Launch in various sectors such as Power, IT, Instrumentation & Automation, Electronic Surveillance and Broadcast communication. Last Assignment was in Skill Eco System as Officiating CEO in IASC Sector Skill Council. He has done B.Com. from Delhi University in 1987. He has completed his PGDBA in the year 1992 from Annamalai University. He is an Honorary Doctorate in Administration from AIIPHS, State Government University, Delhi in March 2021.

He is proficient in managing all the aspects of Retail Operations including Commercial, Administration, Man-Management, Business Development, Merchandising, Organizing Promotional Event, etc. and heading towards achieving the ultimate goal called profitability. He is also actively involved in holding training sessions for setting up of profit canters, Sales & Marketing objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales & marketing operations with effective usage of 360-degree appraisal tool and also track record of monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.


Dr Ajay Bhushan is an APC Certified Sales Engineer, KRONE Master Installer and also Master Assessor on SIP. He is also ISO Certified Internal Auditor and JVC Certified Professional Surveillance Engineer. He is ex-member of APSA (Asia Professional Security Association). Dr Ajay Bhushan is also an active member of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and Steering Committee HSDM. Recently trained 26 associate professors in SVSU (Shri Vishwakarma Skill University)
